Dear Ms. Highkin:
Now that I am comfortably settled in my new
Townhouse I want to take time out to especially say thank
you to Mrs. Barbara Pons. This is my second time purchasing
a house, and being a single parent and working various days
and hours Mrs. Ponns made this experience so very rewarding
for my daughter and I. Initially when I phoned Mrs. Ponns
she showed her dedication and pride for working with Long
& Foster. She was very professional and interested in
what I was looking for. Quite often she mentioned that she
wanted to make sure that I was comfortable and happy. She
definitely gave me the attention that I asked for.
In particularly the sale of my current home
was so very complicated, and required someone's expertise
which would be sure enough to get all the correct information
pertaining to the three loans on my home so we would be
able to proceed with the sale of my home.
Mrs. Ponns, unlike the previous realtors who
investigated the three loans and became very frustrated
had the expertise and great deal of knowledge to find out
where to go from step by step. She was not concerned about
how much work it took her to find out all of the information
pertaining to the loans, but to satisfy us as her customer.
Although the sale of my house was very confusing and required
a lot of time, Mrs. Ponns worked extremely hard and always
informed me as to where we were in the process.
As I sit back and reminisce on all of the
wonderful things that Barbara Ponns made possible for us
it is truly a blessing. To see that there are still people
like her out here makes the world of difference. Her whole
intention was to satisfy us and that she did. I honestly
trusted her honesty and opinions and feel so very privileged
to have shared this experience. I know how she made me and
my daughter's eyes fill with joy during the selling and
buying of our new home, and would heartily recommend her
to my family and friends for all of their realty needs.
